Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging undergraduate lectures, seminars, and practical laboratory sessions in Biotechnology and related bioscience disciplines.
- Develop and update course materials, syllabi, and curriculum content in alignment with NUC guidelines and university standards.
- Mentor, advise, and guide students on academic performance, research projects, and career development.
- Participate actively in departmental meetings, university committees, and institutional accreditation processes.
- Engage in continuous scholarly research, academic publishing, and collaborative scientific inquiries.
- Assist in the administration of examinations, grading, and continuous assessment of student progress.
- Possess a good Master's degree in Biotechnology or a closely related relevant discipline from a recognized and accredited university.
- Must have attained a strong CGPA at the Master's level, suitable to qualify the candidate for an immediate or subsequent Ph.D. programme.
- Demonstrated potential for excellence in teaching, student mentorship, and academic research.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

- Prior teaching or research assistantship experience in a tertiary institution is an added advantage.
