We are currently seeking a passionate, knowledgeable, and driven Assistant Lecturer in Anatomy to join our vibrant academic community and contribute to our high standards of teaching and research.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver comprehensive and engaging lectures, tutorials, and practical laboratory sessions in Human Anatomy to nursing and healthcare students.
- Develop and update course materials, syllabi, and curriculum content in line with current educational and professional standards.
- Assess student performance by designing, administering, and grading quizzes, assignments, examinations, and practical assessments.
- Provide academic mentoring, career guidance, and support to students to foster their holistic development and success.
- Participate actively in departmental meetings, academic committees, and institutional events or accreditation exercises.
- Conduct relevant research and contribute to scholarly publications within the medical and health sciences field.
- Possession of a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Anatomy or a closely related medical science discipline from a recognized and accredited university.
- Possession of a Master's degree (M.Sc.) or progress toward postgraduate studies in Anatomy will be considered a distinct advantage.
- Demonstrated passion for teaching with excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
