About the Role
COSNG Farm is an agricultural enterprise located in Otte, Oyo State, specializing in poultry farming, egg production, and high-capacity feed milling. We are looking for a practical, honest, and detail-oriented Assistant Feed Mill Supervisor to support accurate feed production, inventory accountability, and daily operations for our four-tonne-per-hour feed mill.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in preparing and executing daily batching plans while coordinating feed mill attendants.
- Ensure accurate ingredient weighing, strict formula compliance, and proper premixing of additives.
- Operate and monitor crushers, mixers, conveyors, and bagging equipment safely.
- Receive, inspect, and manage stock levels of incoming raw materials and finished feeds.
- Maintain precise daily records of production, stock reconciliation, and equipment downtime.
- Enforce strict workplace cleanliness, safety protocols, and quality standards in collaboration with the Quality Control Supervisor.
- Proven hands-on experience in a commercial feed mill or agricultural feed production environment.
- Strong practical familiarity with mill machinery, weighing scales, and basic batch calculations.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and utilize a smartphone for daily reporting and communication.
- High level of integrity, dependability, and willingness to reside on the farm in Otte, Oyo State.
- Relevant technical or agricultural training is an added advantage.
