The Federal University of Allied Health Sciences, Enugu (FUAHSE) is a newly established federal institution dedicated to transforming healthcare education and addressing the critical manpower needs in Nigeria's health sector. Evolving from the former Federal College of Dental Technology and Therapy, our university boasts six faculties and 17 departments designed to train innovative and proactive healthcare professionals. We are currently seeking a dedicated and competent Assistant Executive Officer to provide exceptional administrative support, streamline departmental workflows, and contribute to the overall efficiency of our dynamic academic community. Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to university departments and administrative units.
- Manage official correspondence, records, and documentation with high levels of confidentiality and accuracy.
- Assist in the coordination of meetings, compilation of reports, and preparation of agenda materials.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth day-to-day operations.
- Maintain effective filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring easy retrieval of institutional records.
- Execute assigned tasks related to student services, staff administration, and office management.
- Possession of a relevant academic degree or professional qualification from a recognized institution.
- Demonstrated competence, high integrity, and excellent organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Good command of modern office technology, computer applications, and digital communication tools.
