Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in supervising day-to-day front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Support staff scheduling, ongoing training, and performance monitoring to maintain high service standards.
  • Step in to manage branch operations effectively during the Branch Manager's absence.
  • Monitor stock levels, oversee cost control measures, and manage daily cash handling procedures accurately.
  • Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, food hygiene, and sanitation regulations.
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally, escalating issues when necessary to guarantee guest satisfaction.
  • Support the implementation of company policies, marketing strategies, and promotional activities.
  • Assist in preparing comprehensive operational, inventory, and sales reports for management review.
  • Coordinate seamlessly between kitchen, service, and cleaning departments to maintain workflow.
Qualifications
  • Possession of an OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in restaurant or hospitality operations, with proven supervisory exposure.
  • Demonstrated leadership, team management, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first orientation.
  • Basic knowledge of financial management, inventory control, and cost budgeting.
  • High level of integrity, accountability, and the ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, weekends, and public holidays as demanded by the restaurant industry.
