Key Responsibilities- Supervise daily assembly plant operations to ensure production targets and quality standards are consistently met.
- Manage, mentor, and evaluate workshop personnel to foster a high-performance work culture.
- Coordinate workflow and resource allocation across vehicle assembly and heavy equipment operations.
- Enforce strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on the plant floor.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement effective problem-solving strategies to optimize output.
- Maintain accurate inventory records of raw materials, tools, and finished products.
- Relevant educational qualifications and proven professional experience in the applicable technical field.
- Demonstrated experience in vehicle assembly, heavy construction equipment, or workshop operations.
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse technical team.
