Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging and comprehensive Arts lessons to both Junior and Senior Secondary School students in alignment with the Nigerian educational curriculum.
- Develop creative lesson plans that encourage students to explore various artistic mediums, techniques, and art history.
- Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback to foster continuous improvement in practical and theoretical art skills.
- Create a stimulating, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment that encourages self-expression and creativity.
- Organize school art exhibitions, cultural events, and extracurricular activities to showcase student artwork.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and academic growth.
- Minimum qualification of a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed), Bachelor of Science (B.Sc), or equivalent in Fine and Applied Arts or a related field.
- Candidates holding an M.Sc, PhD, or relevant postgraduate certifications are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Proven experience teaching art in a secondary school environment is an advantage.
