We are currently seeking a passionate, qualified, and creative Arts Teacher to join our esteemed faculty and inspire the next generation of creative thinkers and leaders.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging and comprehensive Arts lessons in accordance with the Nigerian secondary school curriculum.
- Develop detailed lesson plans that encourage creativity, critical thinking, and artistic skill development among students.
- Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback to support continuous improvement.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a conducive, safe, and inspiring learning environment.
- Organize and supervise school art exhibitions, cultural events, and extra-curricular creative clubs.
- Mentor and guide students in moral discipline and personal development in alignment with the school's Anglican values.
- Possess a minimum of a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed), Bachelor of Arts (B.A), or equivalent in Fine and Applied Arts or a related discipline.
- Proven teaching experience in a reputable secondary school environment, preferably within a boarding school setting.
- Strong passion for teaching with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to uphold high standards of moral discipline and professional conduct.
- Valid teaching certification or registration with relevant professional bodies is an added advantage.
