We are currently seeking a dynamic and technically capable Artificial Intelligence & Digital Transformation Analyst to spearhead our digital evolution.
Key Responsibilities- Identify operational challenges and design innovative AI and digital solutions for manufacturing, logistics, and corporate functions.
- Develop, test, and evaluate advanced machine-learning models, regression algorithms, and predictive analytics systems.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, plant operators, and leadership to deploy scalable AI prototypes and monitor performance.
- Translate complex technical data outputs into actionable commercial and operational recommendations.
- Support the enterprise-wide AI and digitisation programme across various business units and industrial plants.
- Bachelor's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related quantitative discipline.
- 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in AI, machine learning, advanced analytics, or digital product development.
- Strong working capability in Python, SQL, and modern machine-learning frameworks.
- Exposure to industrial IoT, time-series data, cloud platforms, and MLOps principles is highly advantageous.
