We specialize in an authentic, individualized Montessori curriculum that combines academic excellence with creative expression and practical life activities to nurture holistic early childhood and elementary development. We are currently seeking a dynamic and creative Art Teacher to join our vibrant academic community and help inspire the next generation of creative thinkers.
Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver engaging art and craft lessons aligned with the British curriculum and Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) standards.
- Foster a creative, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages self-expression and artistic exploration among students.
- Prepare instructional materials, maintain art supplies, and manage the art studio space effectively.
- Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and communicate regularly with parents regarding student development.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to integrate art across the broader Montessori curriculum and participate in school events and exhibitions.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Education, Fine Arts, or a relevant subject with mandatory TRCN Certification.
- Familiarity with the British curriculum and Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in a reputable school environment.
- Strong classroom management, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
