About the Role
Aviolani Scope is a premier provider of commercial entertainment services, offering dynamic events and activities for individuals and organizations to engage in socio-competitive gameplay, tournaments, and social interactions. Our mission is to bring our classic strategy tools to a global audience while fostering a vibrant community of enthusiasts and professionals. We are currently looking for three talented and visionary Art Directors to join our dynamic team on-site in Abuja, Lagos, or Ogun states.
Key Responsibilities- Conceptualize and execute compelling visual strategies for live events, tournaments, and digital platforms.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary team of designers, illustrators, and content creators.
- Oversee all artistic aspects of brand identity, marketing campaigns, and socio-competitive gameplay environments.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and event management teams to ensure cohesive visual storytelling.
- Manage art budgets, timelines, and resource allocation from initial concept to final project delivery.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in entertainment design, gaming aesthetics, and digital media to keep our offerings innovative.
- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related creative field.
- Demonstrated professional experience in art direction, preferably within the entertainment, gaming, or event management sectors.
- A robust portfolio showcasing exceptional creative vision, branding expertise, and team leadership.
- Must reside in or be willing to work from Abuja, Lagos, or Ogun states.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, 3D modeling tools).
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple high-stakes deliverables simultaneously.
