Food Concepts Plc, the proud parent company of Chicken Republic—West Africa's fastest-growing chicken Quick Service Restaurant—is seeking an experienced and results-driven Area Manager to oversee our vibrant cluster of stores on Lagos Island. In this strategic leadership role, you will champion our mission to deliver extraordinary customer satisfaction while driving top-line sales growth, operational compliance, and store profitability across your assigned locations.
Key Responsibilities- Drive consistent sales growth and improve store-level profitability through strict cost control and compliance portfolios.
- Provide strong, visionary leadership to restaurant management teams through effective communication, performance management, and coaching.
- Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and adherence to retail standards.
- Develop and execute robust succession plans, resource optimization, and talent development initiatives.
- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring full compliance with local government regulations.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree; an MBA is a distinct advantage.
- Minimum of 8 years of working experience, with a strong background in business development within the QSR, food, or retail sector.
- In-depth knowledge of cost management, accounting fundamentals, and business modeling.
