Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with company objectives.
- Direct and manage daily security operations across assigned locations to ensure strict adherence to protocols.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of security professionals, fostering a culture of vigilance, discipline, and accountability.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend robust improvements.
- Oversee incident response management, thorough investigations, and comprehensive reporting for all security breaches.
- Manage operational security budgets effectively, controlling costs without compromising safety standards.
- Liaise with local law enforcement and relevant stakeholders to maintain a secure operational environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of progressive experience in security operations and risk management, preferably within the Nigerian security sector.
- Proven leadership capabilities with a strong track record of managing and mentoring large security teams.
- Extensive knowledge of modern security systems, surveillance technology, and emergency response planning.
