About the Role
Hitech Construction Company Limited, an industry leader in building and civil engineering across Nigeria since 1988, is seeking a talented Architectural Designer to join our expanding team. Based primarily in our Lagos headquarters with nationwide operations, we deliver high-profile infrastructure and architectural projects that shape the Nigerian landscape. We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented professional who can transform innovative concepts into functional and structurally sound reality while collaborating with top-tier engineering experts.
Key Responsibilities- Produce accurate, detailed architectural drawings and documentation using AutoCAD.
- Develop comprehensive design concepts and working drawings for various construction phases.
- Prepare professional presentations, regulatory approval documents, and construction drawings.
- Conduct regular site visits to take precise measurements and monitor construction progress.
- Coordinate seamlessly with civil engineers, MEP consultants, and general contractors.
- Maintain well-organized project records and manage drawing revisions efficiently.
- Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Architecture; a Master of Science (M.Sc.) is an added advantage.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD with a demonstrable portfolio of past architectural work.
- Familiarity with additional design software such as Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, or Enscape.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite for project reporting and administration.
- Previous practical experience in an architectural firm or construction environment, including relevant internship or SIWES experience.
- Must reside in Lagos or demonstrate a genuine willingness to relocate before resumption.
