In this pivotal role, you will leverage your architectural expertise and commercial acumen to position our cutting-edge building solutions, including KEIM Mineral Coating Systems, as the preferred choice for top-tier construction projects across the region.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with architectural firms, consultants, and property developers.
- Promote KEIM Mineral Coating Systems and secure high-value product specifications.
- Conduct Continuing Professional Development (CPD) presentations and technical seminars for industry professionals.
- Identify, pursue, and close high-value project opportunities aligned with company growth targets.
- Prepare comprehensive technical proposals and support project specifications from conception to completion.
- Represent Tytanic Engineering Limited at prominent industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
- Master Degree (M.Arch.) in Architecture from a recognized university.
- Minimum of a Second Class Upper (2:1) at the undergraduate level.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant post-NYSC professional experience in architecture or technical business development.
- Active membership in the Nigerian Institute of Architects (NIA) or ARCON registration is a distinct advantage.
