About the Role
Neo Homes Limited is a rapidly growing property development and management company based in Abuja, Nigeria, dedicated to delivering quality homes that meet the rising housing demands in Abuja and Delta state. We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Architect to join our expanding team. In this role, you will play a vital part in conceptualizing and executing residential projects that provide exceptional value and comfort to our clients and investors.
Key Responsibilities- Develop comprehensive architectural concepts, floor plans, elevations, and detailed construction drawings.
- Prepare precise 2D drawings, 3D models, and compelling architectural visualizations for stakeholder review.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure construction activities strictly comply with approved designs and quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with civil engineers, contractors, project managers, and other multidisciplinary teams.
- Ensure all architectural designs strictly comply with local building regulations, zoning laws, and safety standards.
- Monitor project progress on-site and proactively provide innovative solutions to design and construction challenges.
- Support cost-effective design decisions to guarantee timely and budget-friendly project delivery.
- Bachelor Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or a recognized equivalent professional qualification.
- Three to seven years of relevant professional experience within the architecture, construction, or real estate development sector.
- High proficiency in industry-standard design software including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and ArchiCAD.
- Demonstrated strength in technical drawing, spatial design, and project coordination.
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Sound knowledge of Nigerian building codes, regulations, and contemporary construction practices.
- Professional registration or affiliation with the Architects Registration Council of Nigeria (ARCON) is a strong added advantage.
