About the Role
Intelligence Properties is a leading multidisciplinary property service company incorporated in Nigeria, providing bespoke real estate solutions to owners, occupiers, and investors. We are currently seeking a creative, technically sound, and detail-oriented Architect to join our dynamic team and contribute to the design, development, and execution of our upcoming residential and commercial real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities- Develop comprehensive architectural concepts and designs for diverse residential and commercial projects.
- Prepare precise plans, elevations, sections, details, and working drawings.
- Produce high-quality 2D/3D presentations and compelling architectural visualisations.
- Prepare and review detailed architectural specifications and documentation.
- Coordinate structural, mechanical, electrical, and other consultant designs seamlessly.
- Conduct site visits to monitor ongoing works for strict compliance with approved designs.
- Liaise effectively with contractors, engineers, quantity surveyors, and project stakeholders.
- Identify design or construction challenges and recommend practical solutions.
- Review shop drawings, building materials, and contractor samples.
- Ensure all designs comply with Nigerian building regulations and planning requirements.
- Assist with securing necessary planning and development approvals.
- Maintain accurate drawings, revision histories, and project documentation.
- Participate in project meetings and provide valuable technical input.
- Support project presentations, commercial proposals, and design reports.
- Bachelor Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent qualification.
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in architecture, construction, or real estate development.
- ARCON registration is considered a strong professional advantage.
- Strong knowledge of modern architectural design and construction processes.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is strictly required for this role.
- Familiarity with Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, Enscape, or ArchiCAD is an advantage.
- Thorough knowledge of Nigerian building codes and urban planning requirements.
- Ability to accurately interpret architectural, structural, and engineering drawings.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
