About the Role
Eeqraa International Model School is a reputable Islamic-oriented private day school located in Mararaba, Karu Local Government Area, Nasarawa State, Nigeria, strategically bordering the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja. We are committed to delivering academic excellence by seamlessly integrating Western and Islamic education (Deen) from early childhood through secondary levels. We are currently looking for a passionate, qualified, and dynamic Arabic Teacher to join our esteemed team of educators and help nurture the next generation of morally upright and academically sound learners.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Arabic language lessons aligned with the school curriculum.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment conducive to effective learning.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and maintaining accurate records.
- Encourage students to actively participate in conversational Arabic and Islamic values integration.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and school administration to support overall student development and school events.
- Minimum of an NCE, B.Ed., B.Sc., or B.A. in Arabic Studies or a related field.
- A Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGDE) will be an added advantage.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Proven ability in effective classroom management and student engagement.
- Genuine passion for teaching, mentoring, and nurturing young minds in an Islamic environment.
- Previous teaching experience in a structured school setting is an added advantage.
