About the Role
Narim Multiventures Nigeria Limited is a leading provider of water and wastewater treatment solutions, delivering innovative and customized services to industrial, commercial, and institutional clients across Nigeria. We are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated Ancillary Duty Officer to join our growing team and provide seamless operational support across our administrative, financial, and inventory functions.
Key Responsibilities- Manage general office administration, including filing, documentation, record-keeping, and correspondence.
- Handle regulatory registrations, corporate licenses, and professional memberships.
- Assist with accounting and financial administration, such as invoicing, payables, receivables, and bank lodgements.
- Perform financial reconciliations, tax remittances, and maintain accurate accounting schedules.
- Oversee inventory administration by conducting stock-taking and monitoring office supplies.
- Minimum of a B.Sc or HND in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of relevant professional experience in administrative or accounts-support roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with strong numerical ability and exceptional attention to detail.
- Demonstrated organizational skills and strong record-keeping abilities.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and accounting software will be a distinct advantage.
