Key Responsibilities- Collect, review, and organize corporate, environmental, operational, and sustainability information.
- Support comprehensive ESG assessments, compliance reviews, research, and performance benchmarking.
- Conduct rigorous desk research, structured stakeholder interviews, and field data collection.
- Analyse quantitative and qualitative information using approved industry methodologies.
- Prepare assessment schedules, data summaries, analytical reports, and professional client presentations.
- Maintain reliable supporting evidence and properly document all data sources to ensure audit readiness.
- Identify reporting gaps, inconsistencies, and issues requiring technical follow-up.
- Support the development and maintenance of IPMC's internal intelligence databases.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Accounting, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 to 4 years of professional experience in research, ESG analysis, data analysis, audit, sustainability assessment, or consulting.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, advanced research methodologies, and report writing.
- Demonstrated familiarity with ESG reporting standards, financial analysis, or business intelligence tools.
