We are currently seeking a skilled and safety-conscious All-Terrain Crane Operator to join our dynamic team in Nigeria. In this critical role, you will be responsible for driving and operating high-capacity heavy machinery, ensuring that all lifting operations are executed seamlessly while strictly adhering to our corporate quality, environmental, and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Safely operate and maneuver 160-ton and 250-ton all-terrain cranes across demanding construction environments.
- Perform complex lifting operations strictly in accordance with approved lifting plans and manufacturer specifications.
- Conduct thorough daily pre-start inspections and promptly report any mechanical defects or unsafe site conditions.
- Ensure correct and stable crane setup, including proper outrigger deployment, ground leveling, and boom configuration.
- Accurately read, interpret, and apply load charts to guarantee safe lifting capacities and parameters.
- Collaborate closely with Lifting Supervisors, certified Riggers, and Banksmen to coordinate smooth daily site activities.
- Comply comprehensively with all company HSE policies, statutory regulations, and international lifting standards.
- Valid and recognized Crane Operator Licence and relevant professional certifications.
- Proven professional experience operating 160T and 250T all-terrain cranes within large-scale construction projects.
- Deep working knowledge of lifting operations, load chart interpretation, and standard crane safety procedures.
