About the Role
Corona Management Systems (CMS) is a prominent social enterprise dedicated to solving complex problems in health, education, and social development through innovative ICT and data-driven solutions. We are currently looking for a talented and driven AI Engineer to join our tech team in building robust, scalable production AI systems that directly empower our community-focused initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Build and own production AI systems end-to-end, including LLM-powered applications, intelligent agents, conversational AI, document processing, and automation workflows from architecture to deployment.
- Design advanced agent, RAG, and context-engineering systems, covering retrieval, embeddings, reranking, memory, compaction, caching, tool calling, and failure recovery.
- Establish rigorous AI evaluation frameworks to measure accuracy, hallucination, safety, latency, and cost using regression testing and LLM-as-judge methodologies.
- Evaluate, fine-tune, and deploy AI models, selecting optimal frontier or open-weight models using techniques like SFT, LoRA/QLoRA, and quantisation.
- Engineer secure production infrastructure by developing Python and FastAPI services, inference pipelines, and observability tools while adhering to responsible AI practices.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in AI Engineering, Machine Learning Engineering, Applied AI, or Data Science, with a proven track record of shipping LLM systems to production.
- Strong proficiency in Python, FastAPI, APIs, SQL, Git, Docker, and Linux, complemented by robust software engineering fundamentals.
- Hands-on expertise with Generative AI, RAG architectures, agents, prompt engineering, vector search, and token management.
- Demonstrated experience building model evaluation pipelines and working with open-weight models, PyTorch, Hugging Face, vector databases, and inference frameworks like vLLM.
