Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging, curriculum-compliant lessons in agricultural science to junior and senior secondary school students.
- Manage and oversee practical agricultural projects, school gardens, and farm demonstrations to enhance hands-on learning.
- Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback and maintaining accurate academic records.
- Integrate Christian values and biblical perspectives into daily classroom instructions and student interactions.
- Foster a safe, orderly, and stimulating classroom and practical environment conducive to learning.
- Participate actively in school events, staff meetings, and professional development programs.
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed), Bachelor of Science (B.Sc), or equivalent in Agricultural Science or related fields.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven teaching experience within a reputable secondary school environment.
- Strong understanding of the Nigerian and international secondary school curricula.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
- A strong alignment with the Christian ethos, mission, and core values of Wisdom Royal Impact College.
- TRCN registration is an added advantage.
