Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver interactive, learner-focused Agricultural Science lessons that cater to varying student abilities.
- Employ modern, creative teaching methods to foster analytical thinking, innovation, and curiosity about agriculture.
- Monitor, assess, and record student performance regularly using tests, practical assignments, and constructive feedback.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues, school management, and parents to support the holistic development of students.
- Maintain a disciplined, safe, and engaging classroom environment that enhances practical and theoretical learning.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Science or a closely related field from a recognized institution.
- 2 to 10 years of relevant teaching experience in a reputable secondary school.
- Possession of, or current pursuit of, a TRCN certification or a recognized education-related qualification.
- Strong classroom management skills with the ability to motivate and engage students.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
