Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality agricultural science instruction using contemporary teaching methodologies
- Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans aligned with the national curriculum
- Conduct practical laboratory and field demonstrations to enhance student learning
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback for academic growth
- Mentor students and foster critical thinking in agricultural science disciplines
- Collaborate with colleagues to promote interdisciplinary learning initiatives
- Maintain detailed records of student progress and educational outcomes
- Participate actively in school management and professional development activities
- B.ED or B.S.ED in Agricultural Science or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in secondary school management and teaching
- Strong subject matter expertise in agricultural science
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
