Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and comprehensive Agricultural Science lessons aligned with the approved curriculum.
- Supervise practical agricultural activities, school farm projects, and demonstrations to enhance hands-on learning.
- Assess and evaluate student progress, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate academic records.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment that encourages critical thinking and active participation.
- Participate in school-wide extracurricular activities, departmental meetings, and professional development programs.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student performance and development.
- Minimum of a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed), B.Sc, or equivalent in Agricultural Science or a related field.
- Proven teaching experience in secondary education with a strong track record of student success.
- In-depth knowledge of modern agricultural practices and the Nigerian secondary school curriculum.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
