Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging and comprehensive agricultural science lessons aligned with curriculum standards
- Develop and implement effective teaching strategies that promote student understanding and critical thinking
- Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and learning
- Assess student progress through regular evaluation and provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching methods and support student development
- Integrate Islamic values into teaching practice and student character development
- Maintain detailed records and communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance
- Minimum of NCE (National Certificate of Education) or higher qualification in Agricultural Science or related field
- Teaching experience in agricultural science or related subjects is highly desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent classroom management and discipline skills
