Tezera - After Hours Support is seeking a dedicated After Hours Support Coordinator to keep our Canadian healthcare staffing operations running smoothly after the primary team signs off. In this vital remote role, you will act as the sole on-shift presence, serving as the calm and organized professional who triages urgent calls, manages inboxes, and delivers a pristine handover report every night. Key Responsibilities- Monitor and respond to all after-hours email inboxes within defined SLA windows.
- Answer inbound calls, triage urgency, and escalate emergencies following established procedures.
- Complete a thorough and accurate shift handover report at the close of every shift.
- Verify reimbursement submissions for completeness and flag any discrepancies to Payroll.
- Research and source travel options for healthcare professionals while escalating approvals appropriately.
- Update internal records, tracking logs, and administrative documents throughout the shift.
- Demonstrated calm escalation judgment under pressure and professional inbound call handling.
- Polished written English with client-ready precision and no need for editing.
- Strong shift handover documentation discipline and independent after-hours decision-making capabilities.
- Proficiency in email inbox management, SLA adherence, and modern workplace tools such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Slack, Teams, and Google Workspace.
- Prior exposure to healthcare staffing, Canadian or North American BPO environments, travel booking platforms, and familiarity with Canadian time zones is a strong advantage.
