We are currently looking for a driven Affiliate and Partnership Manager to scale our brand presence through strategic creator collaborations, retail distribution, and community building.
Key Responsibilities- Recruit, onboard, and manage 2,000+ TikTok and Instagram creators, driving affiliate programs targeting 15+ units per day per product.
- Source, pitch, and close retail, wholesale, distributor, subscription-box, and marketplace partnerships from prospecting to signed deals.
- Land podcast sponsorships, founder and guest appearances, and earned media placements to build third-party credibility.
- Establish and moderate thriving communities across TikTok Shop, Instagram, Facebook, Reddit, and Discord influencer hubs.
- Manage TrustPilot, Google Business Profile stewardship, review velocity, and monthly expert responses on targeted online forums.
- Execute comprehensive new product launch seeding campaigns, affiliate enrollments, and community activation strategies.
- Deliver detailed weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on creator activity, partnership pipelines, and partner-attributed revenue.
- Proven track record as a partnerships and business development closer, securing creator, retail, and media deals from outreach to signed agreement.
- Extensive experience in community engagement across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Reddit, alongside affiliate program management.
- Strong outreach copywriting, negotiation, and relationship management skills with strict CRM and pipeline discipline.
- Self-starter mindset with a natural network-building instinct, sharp attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
