In this role, you will provide top-tier skincare consultations, personalized treatments, and expert beauty advice to our esteemed clientele within our vibrant hub.
Key Responsibilities- Perform professional facial treatments, skin analyses, and advanced aesthetic procedures tailored to individual client needs.
- Recommend appropriate skincare products and regimens available at Nectar Beauty Hub to enhance client results.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, sanitation, and safety in accordance with industry regulations and company policy.
- Educate clients on proper home-care routines and the benefits of using quality beauty products.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets for retail products and spa services.
- Keep accurate records of client treatments, skin types, and product purchases for follow-up care.
- Certification in Esthetics, Cosmetology, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Proven hands-on experience working as an Aesthetician in a reputable spa, salon, or beauty retail environment.
- Deep knowledge of skin anatomy, various skin types, and current skincare trends and ingredients.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Strong sales aptitude with the ability to recommend and upsell beauty products effectively.
- Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and passionate about the beauty and wellness industry.
