About the Role
Dermasthetics Wellness Clinic (Dermasthetics NG) is a premier aesthetic, dermatology, and wellness facility located in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos, Nigeria. We deliver advanced, clinical-grade skin enhancements, anti-aging therapies, comprehensive body wellness treatments, and cosmetic dental services. We are currently looking for a polished, professional, and experienced Aesthetician to join our luxury clinic team and deliver exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough skin consultations and comprehensive client assessments.
- Perform advanced treatments including deep cleansing facials, chemical peels, and hydrafacials.
- Recommend customized clinical treatments and home-care skincare products to clients.
- Ensure all treatment rooms, tools, and equipment are meticulously cleaned and sanitized.
- Provide a warm, welcoming, and personalized client experience upholding the highest standards of service.
- Stay updated on the latest skincare products, techniques, aesthetic trends, and industry innovations.
- Support clinic treatment and retail sales targets through professional upselling and recommendations.
- Promote clinic services and maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate effectively with the medical and aesthetic team to optimize patient outcomes.
- Maintain a polished appearance, representing the luxury beauty image of Dermasthetics NG.
- Relevant qualification or certification in Aesthetic Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, or related fields.
- Strong comprehensive skincare knowledge and product familiarity.
- Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
- High personal grooming standards and a professional demeanor.
- Strict adherence to discretion and client confidentiality.
- Proven customer-service and client-retention skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Prior experience working with premium or VIP clients is a distinct advantage.
