Key Responsibilities- Dispense medications accurately under the supervision of senior registered pharmacists.
- Provide reliable drug information and counseling to patients and healthcare professionals.
- Participate in hospital ward rounds and collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical teams.
- Monitor patient medication therapy for effectiveness and potential adverse drug reactions.
- Assist in inventory management, drug procurement, and quality assurance within the pharmacy department.
- Possession of a Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) degree from a recognized university.
- Current provisional or full registration with the Pharmacy Council of Nigeria (PCN).
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
