Key Responsibilities- Perform professional facial and aesthetic treatments in line with established clinical and luxury protocols.
- Conduct thorough client consultations to recommend suitable treatments and customized skincare routines.
- Perform detailed skin analysis and maintain accurate, up-to-date client treatment records.
- Provide high-quality services such as advanced facials, body treatments, waxing, and other approved aesthetic procedures.
- Maintain impeccable standards of hygiene, sanitation, and overall client safety in the treatment rooms.
- Educate clients on appropriate home-care regimens and post-treatment aftercare to prolong results.
- Ensure all treatment rooms, equipment, and work areas are impeccably clean and properly maintained daily.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, creating a comfortable, relaxing, and professional experience for every visitor.
- Collaborate effectively with fellow spa team members, cosmetic doctors, and front-desk personnel.
- Proven professional experience as an Aesthetician or in a similar luxury spa and beauty role.
- Relevant formal training or certification in aesthetics, cosmetology, beauty therapy, or a related field.
- Thorough knowledge of skincare products, facial treatments, and modern aesthetic procedures.
- Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
- Neat, professional appearance and pristine personal hygiene reflecting our luxury brand standards.
- Ability to handle sensitive client information professionally and maintain strict confidentiality.
- Prior experience with advanced aesthetic treatments will be a distinct advantage.
