About the Role
Tanzeel Colleges International is a multi-campus Islamic educational institution committed to forming the whole person through conventional schooling, Qur'an education, and mentorship since 2008. We are currently seeking a dedicated Admissions and Family Partnership Lead in Nigeria to serve as the primary bridge between prospective families and our school community, ensuring that our core values of character, tarbiyyah, and trust are reflected in every interaction from the very first inquiry.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the end-to-end admissions process for prospective students across our day and boarding programmes.
- Build and nurture meaningful relationships with parents and families, acting as a trusted advisor and guide.
- Organize school tours, open houses, and recruitment events to showcase our holistic educational offerings.
- Collaborate closely with academic and administrative teams to streamline enrollment and onboarding procedures.
- Uphold the institution's values of amanah, fairness, and service in all communications and family engagements.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience in admissions, student recruitment, or relationship management, preferably within the education sector.
- Deep alignment with the Islamic ethos, character development, and holistic educational philosophy of Tanzeel Colleges.
- Exceptional interpersonal, public speaking, and written communication skills.
