About the Role
Racham Empowerment and Humanitarian Foundation (REHF) is a faith-inspired non-governmental organization committed to uplifting vulnerable children, orphans, and indigent communities across Nigeria. We operate with a strong emphasis on sustainability, dignity, accountability, and measurable impact. Currently, we are seeking a compassionate and experienced Administrator to oversee daily operations at our orphanage premises in Azhi-Bisa, Tafa LGA, Niger State, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and structured environment for all residents.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the daily administrative and residential operations of the orphanage and children's home.
- Supervise caregivers, support staff, and residential personnel to maintain high standards of care.
- Ensure strict compliance with child safeguarding, protection policies, and best practices.
- Monitor and manage children's welfare, healthcare needs, daily hygiene, and nutritional feeding programs.
- Maintain accurate records, manage facility resources, and coordinate community or donor engagement activities.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Proven background in managing an orphanage, residential children's home, or similar social welfare facility.
- In-depth knowledge of child safeguarding, protection standards, and youth mentorship.
- Strong leadership abilities, absolute integrity, patience, and deep compassion for vulnerable groups.
- Willingness to live and work directly within the orphanage environment in Niger State.
- Fluency in English with the ability to provide verifiable professional references.
