Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day office administration, including facilities management, general supplies, and equipment maintenance.
  • Manage physical and digital records, correspondence, and documentation in a secure, easily retrievable manner.
  • Coordinate corporate meetings, travel arrangements, and event logistics for internal staff and external visitors.
  • Support the procurement of office supplies while strictly adhering to approved departmental budgets.
  • Liaise with external vendors, contractors, and service providers to guarantee optimal quality and cost-effective service delivery.
  • Ensure strict compliance with internal company administrative policies, health guidelines, and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with the human resources team to support onboarding logistics and orientation schedules for new hires.
  • Prepare comprehensive periodic administrative reports, inventory audits, and expense logs for management review.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or HND in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • Three to five (3-5) years of proven professional experience in administrative support, office management, or corporate coordination.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Solid working knowledge of modern office equipment, facility management practices, and basic procurement workflows.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills tailored for professional correspondence.
