We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Administrative Manager to join our growing team in Lagos, Nigeria. In this pivotal role, you will oversee comprehensive administrative operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day business functions, optimized resource allocation, and strict regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily fleet operations, including vehicle scheduling, maintenance, fueling, documentation, and driver management.
  • Monitor vehicle usage, mileage, and fuel consumption via GPS/telematics to drive efficiency and reduce operational costs.
  • Handle end-to-end procurement of office supplies, equipment, spare parts, and facility requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers and service providers to secure optimal pricing, quality, and timely delivery.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels for consumables, tools, and spare parts while preventing stockouts or overstocking.
  • Develop and implement robust administrative processes, internal controls, and departmental budgets.
  • Prepare regular analytical reports covering fleet performance, procurement activities, inventory status, and cost metrics.
  • Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and regulatory standards across all administrative functions.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in administration, fleet management, logistics, procurement, or operations.
  • Proven track record of managing company vehicles, vendor relationships, and inventory control systems.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Prior experience within a logistics, security, or corporate service-based organization is a distinct advantage.
