We are currently seeking an experienced, dynamic, and highly organized Administrative Manager to oversee our company's daily administrative operations and ensure the seamless coordination of office activities, personnel, and support services in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations and ensure efficient office workflow.
  • Develop, implement, and update effective administrative policies, procedures, and systems.
  • Supervise administrative support staff, delegate tasks, and monitor daily performance.
  • Manage office facilities, inventory supplies, equipment maintenance, and general workplace requirements.
  • Maintain accurate company records, official files, contracts, and confidential documentation.
  • Coordinate executive meetings, appointments, official correspondence, and internal communications.
  • Liaise effectively with external vendors, service providers, government agencies, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor administrative budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-efficient resource utilization.
  • Support human resources functions including staff onboarding, attendance tracking, and employee documentation.
  • Ensure strict compliance with internal company policies, statutory regulations, and industry standards.
  • Prepare comprehensive administrative reports and provide regular updates to executive management.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement practical, proactive solutions.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (B.Sc.) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven professional experience in office management or corporate administration.
  • Prior working experience or background in the real estate sector will be an added advantage.
  • Demonstrated leadership capability with exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and modern office management software.
  • High level of professional integrity, discretion, and keen attention to detail.
