We are seeking a creative, organized, and customer-focused Administrative Assistant / Content Creator to join our dynamic team in Abuja. In this dual-capacity role, you will provide vital operational support to our daily office activities while spearheading our digital presence through compelling social media content that drives customer acquisition and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily administrative tasks, office coordination, and accurate record-keeping.
- Handle customer enquiries professionally across phone calls, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.
- Prepare accurate quotations, invoices, and maintain updated customer databases.
- Coordinate appointments and streamline communication between customers and technical field teams.
- Capture engaging photos and videos of solar installations and products using a smartphone.
- Design and edit compelling short-form videos, Reels, and promotional graphics using tools like Canva and CapCut.
- Write captivating social media captions and execute digital marketing strategies to convert online leads into paying customers.
- Minimum of an OND, NCE, HND, or Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
- Proven organizational, administrative, and customer service skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word and Excel.
- Demonstrated ability to create engaging digital content using mobile editing applications and social platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and WhatsApp.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a professional attitude, eagerness to learn, and passion for the renewable energy sector.
- Fresh graduates with exceptional communication and smartphone content-creation skills are strongly encouraged to apply.
