Az-Zahrawain Integrated Academy is a reputable Islamic integrated school located in Katsina, Nigeria, dedicated to blending standard academic subjects with comprehensive Islamic and Arabic education under the motto “Two Lights – One Path to Excellence.” We are currently seeking a professional, organized, and culturally aligned Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will provide essential administrative and secretarial support, ensuring our school operations run smoothly while upholding our core values and maintaining a welcoming environment for students, parents, and staff.
Key Responsibilities- Manage front office operations, greeting visitors, and handling incoming and outgoing correspondence with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain accurate student and staff records, attendance registers, and institutional documentation.
- Assist school management in organizing academic calendars, meetings, examinations, and school events.
- Handle routine communications, prepare reports, and draft official correspondence as directed by school leadership.
- Ensure a clean, orderly, and disciplined administrative environment that aligns with the moral standards of the institution.
- Must be a practicing Muslim with exemplary Islamic character, good moral conduct, and alignment with our institutional philosophy.
- Possess relevant academic qualifications (OND, NCE, or Bachelor’s degree) in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven work experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably within an educational setting.
- Strong passion for integrated Islamic and academic education.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with good interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
