About the Role
Dexterous Applied Training Institute (DATI) is a premier industry-certified training and consultancy firm dedicated to bridging the critical skills gap across Nigeria's oil and gas, manufacturing, energy, and educational sectors. We are currently seeking a proactive, highly organized Admin Supervisor to drive operational excellence at our Warri site. In this pivotal role, you will ensure seamless daily routines, enforce institutional standards, manage branch inventory, supervise front-desk personnel, and provide comprehensive administrative support for our technical training operations and corporate hospitality.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily office operations, workspace upkeep, opening routines, and staff attendance tracking while supervising front-desk officers and support personnel.
- Coordinate local vendors for janitorial, security, maintenance, and generator fuelling services to monitor SLA compliance and supervise facility upkeep.
- Track, reconcile, and disburse office consumables and stationery to ensure zero stock-outs and process supply requisitions for management approval.
- Assist with trainee registration documentation, pre-training facility setups, course material management, and local logistics for visiting instructors.
- Enforce site security, access controls, corporate protocols, and maintain meeting governance by recording and distributing minutes.
- Minimum of a B.Sc. or HND in Management, Social Sciences, Arts, Humanities, or a related discipline.
- 3 to 4 years of progressive experience in corporate administration, frontline office supervision, or facility support operations.
- Proven expertise in frontline team leadership, SOP enforcement, inventory reconciliation, and local SLA monitoring.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and strong written and verbal communication skills.
