About the Role
The Candel FZE, a leading manufacturing company specializing in agrochemicals, specialized fertilizers, and seeds in Nigeria, is looking for a dynamic and detail-riented Admin/Regulatory Officer to join our growing team at the Lekki Free Zone. In this pivotal role, you will help bridge our business operations with statutory requirements, ensuring seamless regulatory compliance and efficient administrative workflows.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate and up-to-date registrations, licenses, permits, and documentation relating to company products and operations.
- Monitor evolving regulatory requirements and ensure strict adherence to applicable policies, standards, and guidelines.
- Liaise effectively with regulatory authorities, government agencies, industry associations, and external stakeholders.
- Prepare, review, organize, and maintain comprehensive regulatory and corporate documentation.
- Support the timely submission and renewal of statutory applications, permits, and licenses.
- Keep management informed of regulatory changes and provide essential administrative support for daily business operations.
- Bachelor Degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Social Sciences, Pure Sciences, Applied Sciences, or a related field.
- 0 to 2 years of relevant experience, with fresh graduates strongly encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in regulatory compliance, manufacturing, food production, or the agrochemical industry is an advantage.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, organizational, and administrative skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with high attention to detail.
- Maximum age of 28 years and must be willing to work on-site at the Lekki Free Zone, Ibeju-Lekki, Lagos.
