About the Role
Adron Homes and Properties Limited is a leading real estate and property development company dedicated to helping people achieve the pride of homeownership and wealth creation. We are currently expanding our operations and looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented Admin, Fleet & Facility Officer to join our growing team in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our daily office activities, vehicle fleets, and physical properties run smoothly, safely, and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day administrative and office support activities, including records, office supplies, company assets, and general logistics.
- Coordinate the end-to-end management, maintenance, servicing, documentation, and optimal utilization of all company vehicles.
- Monitor fuel consumption, vehicle usage, repairs, and driver compliance with company safety standards.
- Oversee the maintenance, cleanliness, safety, security, and general functionality of company facilities, offices, and properties.
- Coordinate external contractors, vendors, repair services, and utility providers to ensure prompt service delivery.
- Monitor facility and fleet-related expenses, review vendor invoices, and support organizational cost-control initiatives.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of fleet inventories, facilities, vendor contracts, and routine maintenance activities.
- Conduct routine facility inspections and promptly escalate maintenance, safety, security, or operational concerns to management.
- Prepare comprehensive periodic reports detailing administrative, fleet, and facilities operational activities.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, operating procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Business Administration, Estate Management, Facilities Management, Transport Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in administration, facilities management, fleet coordination, or operations.
- Prior experience within the real estate, property management, construction, hospitality, or corporate sector is a strong advantage.
- Demonstrable experience managing company vehicles, service vendors, maintenance activities, and general office operations.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Excellent record-keeping, problem-solving, and verbal or written reporting skills.
- Good foundational knowledge of health, safety, security, and basic facilities maintenance practices.
