TrulyAsake is a premier Lagos-based fashion and clothing brand founded and led by creative designer Asake, specializing in ready-to-wear, bridal, and custom-made apparel. We are currently seeking a proactive, organized, and people-focused Admin / Client Experience Officer to join our vibrant team in Lagos, Nigeria. In this vital role, you will serve as the warm and professional face of TrulyAsake, ensuring our day-to-day business operations run seamlessly while delivering an unforgettable luxury experience to every client who walks through our doors or reaches out online.
Key Responsibilities- Respond promptly and professionally to client enquiries across WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, and other digital communication channels.
- Welcome walk-in clients warmly, providing an exceptional, high-touch in-store consultation and fitting experience.
- Oversee the complete order lifecycle, managing follow-ups, payment processing, delivery logistics, and proactive client updates.
- Resolve client complaints and concerns with empathy and professionalism, guaranteeing positive and satisfactory outcomes.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation and digital records of customers, active orders, and financial transactions.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to management and the production team to streamline daily fashion house operations.
- HND or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven work experience in customer service, retail administration, or client relations, preferably within the fashion or lifestyle industry.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech-savvy with active familiarity using social media platforms for business communication.
