We are currently seeking a dynamic and organized Administrative Assistant to join our vibrant team in Nigeria, ensuring smooth administrative functions and supporting our dedicated staff, students, and parents.
Key Responsibilities- Manage front-office operations, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and handling general inquiries with professionalism and warmth.
- Maintain accurate student and staff records, filing systems, and institutional databases in compliance with school standards.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of school correspondence, newsletters, reports, and administrative documents.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, school events, and calendar updates for management and teaching staff.
- Handle procurement of office and classroom supplies, tracking inventory and liaising with vendors effectively.
- Support the finance department by tracking fee payments, issuing receipts, and managing basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree in Secretarial Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as an Administrative Assistant, school secretary, or in a similar administrative role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
- High level of professionalism, reliability, confidentiality, and a strong work ethic.
- Tech-savviness with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and school management software is a distinct advantage.
- Must reside within or close to our school location in Nigeria.
