Key Responsibilities- Demonstrate strong knowledge of IGCSE and WAEC curriculum content in Additional Mathematics and Mathematics.
- Deliver high-quality, interactive lessons aligned with the approved curricula to promote active learning.
- Plan engaging lessons and prepare effective learning materials tailored to diverse student needs.
- Assign regular classwork, homework, and assessments to evaluate students understanding and academic growth.
- Monitor students progress closely, maintaining accurate records and providing constructive feedback.
- Prepare students comprehensively for both internal and external examinations with excellent success rates.
- Maintain a positive, safe, and productive learning environment that encourages curiosity and critical thinking.
- Implement school academic policies and subject frameworks to ensure the highest standards of education are met.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field (Master's degree is an added advantage).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience teaching Additional Mathematics and Mathematics in a reputable secondary school.
- In-depth familiarity with both IGCSE (Cambridge) and WAEC syllabi and examination standards.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
