About the Role

We are currently looking for a passionate and qualified Chemistry / Basic Science Teacher to join our esteemed faculty and contribute to our tradition of academic excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Chemistry and Basic Science lessons in accordance with the school curriculum.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support academic development.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and behavioral assessments.
- Collaborate with colleagues and school administration to design extracurricular activities and improve curriculum delivery.
- Promote student discipline, moral uprightness, and overall well-being in alignment with the school core values.
- Minimum of a University Degree in Education, Chemistry, or a related science discipline.
- Possession of a Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN) certification is an added advantage.
- Preference will be given to candidates holding a Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGDE) or National Certificate in Education (NCE).
- At least 3 years of proven professional teaching experience in a reputable secondary school setting.
- Demonstrated professional competence with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal abilities with a genuine passion for teaching, learning, and youth mentorship.
