About the Role
Iconic Open University, a fully licensed private open and distance learning institution by the National Universities Commission (NUC), is currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Ad-Hoc Examination Proctor / Supervisor to oversee our upcoming examinations in Kubau LGA, Kaduna State. In this temporary role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining academic integrity and ensuring a seamless testing experience for our distance learning students.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor Computer-Based Testing (CBT) examinations to ensure smooth technical execution.
- Ensure strict adherence to institutional examination rules, regulations, and guidelines by all candidates.
- Supervise the conduct of examinations actively to prevent any form of examination malpractice or irregularities.
- Assist in the efficient distribution, management, and collection of examination materials and documentation.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive reports regarding the conduct and outcome of examinations to the university management.
- Must possess a minimum of a Master’s Degree from a recognized institution with relevant professional or technical experience.
- Prior demonstrable experience in examination supervision or proctoring within a recognized tertiary institution.
- Must be a current resident of Kubau LGA or readily accessible locations in Kaduna State.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in operating web-based platforms and CBT software.
- Exceptional organizational, observational, and time-management skills.
- Demonstrated high level of personal integrity, professionalism, and strict attention to duty.
