We are currently seeking a nurturing, creative, and experienced Early Years Teacher to join our dynamic team of educators in shaping the minds of our youngest students.
Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate, and play-based learning experiences that foster holistic child development.
- Utilize the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework to plan and implement a robust curriculum.
- Teach foundational literacy skills including letter sounds, blending, segmenting, and reading using effective Jolly Phonics methodologies.
- Maintain a positive, safe, interactive, and inclusive classroom environment conducive to active learning.
- Monitor, assess, and document student progress, communicating regularly with parents regarding their child's development.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues and school leadership to enhance school-wide programs and activities.
- Bachelor Degree or NCE in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related discipline.
- Proven teaching experience within an Early Years or nursery school setting.
- Strong practical knowledge of the EYFS framework and Jolly Phonics teaching techniques.
- Exceptional classroom management, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of patience, creativity, empathy, and genuine passion for early childhood education.
