About the Role
Iconic Open University, a fully licensed private open and distance learning institution by the National Universities Commission (NUC), is seeking a diligent and tech-savvy Ad-Hoc Examination Proctor / Supervisor to join our team in Jos. In this vital role, you will uphold our high standards of academic integrity by overseeing Computer-Based Tests (CBT) and ensuring that all examination processes run smoothly, fairly, and in accordance with institutional guidelines.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor Computer-Based Test (CBT) examinations to ensure seamless digital delivery.
- Ensure strict adherence to all examination rules, regulations, and guidelines by candidates.
- Supervise and monitor the conduct of examinations actively to prevent and report any forms of malpractice.
- Assist in the secure distribution, management, and collection of examination materials.
- Compile and submit comprehensive reports on exam conduct and incident logs to the university administration.
- Must hold a minimum of a Master’s Degree from a recognized and accredited tertiary institution.
- Demonstrated prior experience in examination supervision or proctoring within a tertiary institution.
- Must be currently resident in Jos.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in navigating web-based platforms and CBT software.
